Meet the Management Team
Scott R. Taylor
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Taylor began working with the company in 1989 as a Portfolio Manager. He accepted the position of General Manager in 1993 and then was assigned to his current position in 1999. His supervision of the company’s operations promotes an environment that consistently reflects the original objective of its founding partners, an honest common-sense business.
Jeffrey S. Shaw
Vice President and Controller
Mr. Shaw joined the company in 1993 as an Assistant Manager. He was promoted to his current position in 2001. Mr. Shaw is versed in all aspects of the business and has full charge of the accounting department.
Eric R. Swanson
Vice President and Contract Purchasing Manager
Mr. Swanson joined the company in 1997 as an Account Representative. Since being assigned his current position in 2002, he has been instrumental in the ongoing development and supervision of the contract purchasing department. He also manages the disposition of REO assets.
Marilyn G. Thorndyke
Ms. Thorndyke began her career with the company in 2001 as a loan servicing specialist. In 2005 she took over the responsibilities of managing the day-to-day performance of the company’s loan portfolio department.
